Questions

Where does the information come from?

Official guidance from WHO, CDC, FEMA and FDA. Every page lists its sources, and the full list is on page 27.

Does it work outside the United States?

The main steps, get in, stay in and tune in, come from WHO and apply worldwide. Some detail comes from US guidance, so your country's rules, alerts and medicines may differ. Page 23 lists official agencies in 27 countries, so you can check yours. Follow your national authorities first.

Is this information free elsewhere?

Yes, most of it is on official websites, spread across long documents. You're paying for it to be gathered, explained in plain words and turned into a printable family plan.

Does this mean something is about to happen?

No. It's preparedness, like a fire plan. We make no prediction about any event.

How do I get it after I pay?

You’ll get a download link on the confirmation page and by email straight away. The PDF works on phones, tablets and computers, and prints on US Letter or A4.

What if it isn’t right for me?

Email contact@nourishandstrong.com within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. No forms, no questions.

What currency are the prices in?

US dollars. Your bank or card converts the price to your own currency at checkout, and local sales tax, VAT or GST is added where your country requires it. The PDF works anywhere in the world.

This guide is general safety information. It isn’t medical advice and can’t promise anyone’s safety. Instructions from your national and local authorities always come first.
